I am so happy we came in here, we had a 10/10 dining experience. This is the best homemade pasta we’ve ever had (we’re very well traveled and love to eat!). We almost didn’t come in because we aren’t from around here and Google showed 4.3 stars but they deserve 5/5 stars 150%. My husband has worked in the restaurant ... industry for 30 years and this place was top notch down to every detail. The open kitchen was clean, food was hot, homemade and fresh. We ordered a lasagna, mushroom bucatini and the bone-in short rib. The pasta was so fresh and this was the largest short-rib with such great flavor in the sauce. We will for sure come back!! Incredible food and clean atmosphere. I would recommend getting garlic bread if you order the lasagna. It was delicious but I would’ve liked it better with some more garlicky flavor to go along. The chicken parmigiana was incredible.

I had a passionfruit jalapeño margarita with lime in a rocks glass with perfectly salted edge. It was delicious! Even the ice was wonderful. It was in small cylinders - rounded not shaved, not cubed. It gave the drink a perfect bubbly top. My braised short ribs were most tender with mashed potatoes and roasted ... brussel sprouts and asparagus, slightly crunchy, perfect and blackened. My husband’s salmon dish was also delicious. One unique feature of the dining room is all the nice nat light coming in lots of windows at 7:30 and 8 o’clock on a night in May. I should have taken a picture of the food, but it’s in my belly. I had the trout Benedict for brunch. It was delicious and fresh. We don’t eat out often, and when we do, we like clean and fresh food. Bartolo’s definitely provided that for us.
